So, like most guys, you want to know how to get a girl's phone number. With this technique, not only can you get the number from virtually any girl that you've had your eye on for a while, but any approachable girl at a bookstore, supermarket, or even on the street. Getting a girls phone number can seem pretty hard and scary at first, but like most things in life, you just need the right tools for the job.
Just a small word of warning, first: if you use these techniques to get numbers from girls, you will soon find that you don't even have enough time to call all of them!
Also, another mistake that most guys make is putting too much value in getting a girls phone number. Once you start to have real success with women, you will probably begin to realize that getting a phone number does not automatically equal success.

Getting a girls phone number can be broken down into a two step process.
The first step is to do everything in your power to make sure that you appear to be different from the army of lame guys who hit on her all the time. The second step is that you must make the woman you are approaching VERY comfortable.
Just think about it. Women are small, frail, cute, and fragile, so the relatively large man (you) can easily creep a woman out. In the end, it is the man who makes the girl comfortable that will get the phone number.
So with those two steps in mind, how do you go about your approach? Make sure that you're cool, calm, and collected. Think Clint Eastwood. If you act nervous, you will freak her out. After you've approached her, begin the conversation by making a comment about your surroundings and joking with her about them. Better yet, tease her about something that SHE is doing that you find cute or amusing.
Communicating with a woman in this way builds comfort. If you need a frame of reference, treat a newly approached girl like you would treat your little sister. Tease her and make her laugh. Be different.
Now, the trick is to mantain a charming, mysterious, and unique conversation for the next couple of minutes. At that point... make sure YOU'RE the one to end it. It is VITAL that you let her know that you have something to go and do. This one move alone instantly makes you appear to be different from the rest of the guys who hang all over her at the first sign of positive interaction.
As a result, she will NOT be able to get you out of her mind.
But before you actually take off, make sure to let her know that you enjoyed the conversation, and then, almost as an afterthought, turn back and SLOWLY ask her if she has an email address.
Notice I didn't say ask her FOR her email... ask her if she HAS one.
Don't worry, you'll get her number too; just wait.
If she's like 99.9% of the population, she has email. And now here's the psychological trick. Tell her (don't ask) to write her email down for you (bonus: buy a really cool pen that will attract her attention and start more conversation) and while she's writing it, ask her to write her number down as well.
This has worked the vast majority of the time for me and many guys that I've taught it to. A women will easily give up her digits if she's already writing down her email. Had you asked for the phone number right off the bat, she would have been less comfortable giving it to you.
